Are your website headshots and team photos in need of a refresh? The Cambridge Independent and Histon Manor are inviting businesses to bid for a corporate photography experience at this exclusive location, with 100% of funds raised going to the Cambridge Acorn Project, Histon Manor’s chosen charity for 2026. The event is supported and run by our award-winning event partner, Elle-Events Management.
Shoot and image editing will be done by Keith Heppell, multi-award-winning photographer and picture editor for the Cambridge Independent.
Half-Day Experience – Minimum Bid: £380
Corporate headshots for up to [XXX] people – Full unrestricted image file provide within 7 days
Full direction and coordination by Elle-Events Management
Shoot inside or around the stunning grounds of Histon Manor
Tea and Coffee and cakes provided by Elle-Events Management
Full-Day Experience – Minimum Bid: £750
Choose the format that best suits your team:
Option 1:
A full day dedicated to headshots for a larger team up to XXXX people, with full unrestricted image file provided within 7 days
Expert coordination and creative direction by Elle-Events Management throughout the day
Tea and Coffee and cakes provided by Elle-Events Management
Option 2:
Morning headshots for a smaller company with full unrestricted image file provided within 7 days,
Followed by exclusive day use of Histon Manor’s board room for an executive or team meeting
Expert coordination and creative direction by Elle-Events Management throughout the day
Tea and Coffee and cakes provided by Elle-Events Management
NB Photoshoots can take place any time up to 30 April 2025, with the date arranged directly with the winning organisation. A high-res image file with no restrictions on use will be provided directly to the client.
Exceptional Added Press Value: Editorial Feature in The Cambridge Independent
The winning bidder(s) will also receive editorial coverage in the business section of The Cambridge Independent, featuring some of your companies’ shots taken by Keith Heppell. This feature offers your company the chance to share its story, showcase its team, or highlight recent achievements with one of the region’s most influential business audiences.
Double Your Impact – The Big Give
All proceeds will go directly to the Cambridge Acorn Project, supporting children and families across Cambridgeshire. Through The Big Give match-funding campaign, every pound raised will be doubled — meaning your bid makes twice the difference.

Contract signed by 7th December 2025
Histon Manor has a proud tradition of community support, having raised over £16,800 for Break Charity in 2025. This initiative launches fundraising for its 2026 chosen charity, the Cambridge Acorn Project.
